Sports have been a part of human culture since ancient times, and for good reason. Engaging in sports has a multitude of benefits for both our physical and mental health. Whether it's playing team sports, individual sports, or simply engaging in regular exercise, there are numerous reasons why sports should be a part of our lives.

In addition, sports can improve our cardiovascular health by increasing our heart rate and improving our lung capacity
