About Uxbridge Arena and Community Centre
The Uxbridge Arena (located at 291 Brock Street West) is a twin pad facility that was built in 1978, with a second pad constructed in 1997. The Arena has a wide range of User Groups that rent ice in the facility and provide recreational opportunities for the people in the Community. There is a large Youth Hockey program that offers hockey to boys and girls at a variety of different levels, ranging from House league to Rep hockey. There is a strong figure Skating Club, Men's and Women's Hockey league, Junior C Hockey Organization and plenty of public skating programs for all ages. The Arena is used during the summer months for lacrosse, ball hockey, and general floor space rentals to host things like trade shows and concerts. Attached to the Arena is a large banquet hall, available for rent for weddings, birthday parties, dances, yoga, craft shows and gatherings.
