About Conquest Community Centre
Although small in size, Conquest has always been a great place to raise a family. Community spirit is high. Everyone knows everyone and if you are new, its not long before you are known to others in our Village. Our main business is our local Co-op which offers grocery, hardware, lumber, animal health supplies, fuel and liquor vendor. As well, we have Canada Post and Ma’s Tavern in the Merchants Hotel.
Our community has a natural ice rink that is used by minor and senior hockey teams during the winter months. The rink is the place to be in the winter if you have nothing to do–always hockey games to watch and our ‘homemade’ hamburgers to enjoy with your fries or onion rings. The rink is equipped with 2 sheets of artificial ice for curling.
