The Nicola Valley Memorial Arena offers the community of Merritt as well as the surrounding area not only winter ice opportunities but serves as a great venue for large special events and non ice activities such as lacrosse. Home to the Merritt Centennial's , one of the longest running Junior "A" teams in western Canada, the N.V.M.A. also delivers Minor Hockey, Skating, Public Skating and Recreational Hockey programs for all to enjoy.
