About Civic Centre
The Civic Centre is multi-use arena. It is connected to the north side of the Halifax Forum and it faces Young Street corner. The Civic arena offers an ice surface of 16,000 square feet plus a concourse area of 1,000 square feet.
The Civic Centre has bleacher seating for 850 plus 1,250 on the floor for a non-ice event. Six dressing rooms , adjacent meeting rooms and its connection to the Forum and the Multi-Purpose Centre make this a very flexible event centre.
