OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition, which is a technology that allows you to convert textbook from one language into another. It uses optic character recognition( OCR) software to convert images of textbook or images into editable textbook lines.
OCR helps to make the content readable.

OCR( optic character recognition) is the process of converting textbook into machine- readable format. This can be done by surveying an image and converting it into a train that contains all the words and characters in the original document. The lines are also used by programs like Microsoft Word or runners, which will allow you to edit your document and add further information without having to manually enter each word one- by- one.
OCR also helps to save paper because there's no need for mortal intervention when doing so; rather, all you have to do is upload your document train onto OCR software before transferring it off through correspondence service providers like FedEx Office or
